When you visit
Vercel processes technical request data to deliver and secure the website, including IP address, requested URL, browser information and access time. Fonts are hosted with the website. Optional analytics cookies are used only with your consent. We use no advertising tags.
Website measurement and your choice
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland) measures visits, viewed projects and successful enquiries. It processes browser and device information, approximate location, referral sources and cookie identifiers. We send known page URLs without visitor query strings, the site language and selected service category, never names, email addresses or message text. Advertising features, Google Signals and automatic form tracking are disabled. Before consent, or after you decline, no Google Analytics tag is loaded. Your choice is stored on your device for 180 days. Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) expire after 180 days without renewal; event and user data are retained for two months, while aggregate reports can remain longer. You can change or withdraw your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Withdrawal removes our analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop the Google tag. Google may process analytics data internationally, including in the United States, under its data-processing terms and applicable transfer safeguards.
When you contact us
The form collects your name, email address, selected need and message. We use this information to answer your enquiry and discuss the project you describe. The form sends the message by email and does not create a separate contact database. During an analytics-preference reload, an unsent draft can be saved temporarily on your device, then removed when restored. It is never sent to analytics. Please do not include confidential tenant data or sensitive documents in an initial enquiry.
Providers and international processing
Vercel hosts the website through its international delivery network. The contact function runs in Frankfurt, Germany. Resend delivers contact-form notifications. Google Workspace handles the receiving group and our replies. These providers and their subprocessors can also process data in the United States and other countries. Their data-processing terms provide standard contractual clauses for transfers where required, including Swiss provisions. The Frankfurt function setting does not restrict all provider processing to Germany.
Retention
We keep correspondence while needed to answer the enquiry, handle a resulting project or meet legal retention duties, then delete or anonymise it. The website creates no separate enquiry database and does not write names, email addresses or message text to application logs. Standard Vercel Pro function logs are available for 24 hours. Providers may retain separate security and account records under their own policies. Resend retains delivery records and message content for 30 days under its standard retention policy.
Your rights
You can request information about your personal data and ask us to correct or delete it, or object to processing, subject to applicable law. Contact hello@planlibre.ch. You can also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
